Daylong pub crawl offers 20 stops over 25 miles | Events
Organizers of a 20-stop pub crawl said fun, beer and cheer are on the menu next month for Koshtoberfest.
The Rock Koshkonong Business Association in Edgerton is hosting the Koshtoberfest Pub Crawl Oct. 19 that will cover 25 miles and offer participants shuttle rides from stop to stop.
Area restaurants and bars are offering drink deals to patrons on the crawl.
Included on the tour are a variety of businesses, from a cheese store, to fine dining establishments, small intimate pubs and more. Norm's Hideaway, DJ's Shortstop Bar and Grill, the Buckhorn Supper Club, the Wisconsin Cheese Chalet, the Riverfront Resort, Blackhawk Club are a handful of the establishments taking part. A full list of stops is available online at Koshfun.com. Shuttle buses will run throughout the day from noon until 8 p.m., according to a release.
The Rock Koshkonong Business Association said pub crawlers can visit as many of the stops as they like and enjoy the fall atmosphere as they meander the lake area.
Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 on Oct. 19 and are available at participating bars or online, organizers said. Online buyers need to check in at the Anchor Inn, 709 E. Highway 59 in Edgerton on the day of the crawl.
